SERVICE OVERVIEW
FLEXIBILITY
You can program the Fleet Card for unlimited use or set spending limits for your
business.
- Example – Jim Smith is allotted 3 washes a month. We can program his fleet card to only allow 3 washes per month.
- Example – ABC Transportation wants to allow a maximum of $500 per month on their fleet account. We can give as many fleet cards as needed but once the account hits $500 for the month they will all be disabled until the next month.
REPORTS
Each Fleet Card has the ability to track:
- Time & Date of each wash
- Identity of Wash User (could be by license plate #, vehicle # or employee name)
- Total Dollar amount used
CONVENIENCE
Business accounts are entirely cashless. We make it simple for the vehicle operators by inserting the Fleet Card into our payment kiosk and the system takes care of tracking everything else. Simple & easy!
LOST OR STOLEN CARD
No need to stress as we have the ability to deactivate any fleet card and reassign a new one to your driver or vehicle.
